✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards
Downloadable digital products
Health and personal care items (if opened or used)
Clearance or final sale items (if marked)

📦 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@wellthprime.com with the following:

Your order number
A description of the issue or reason for the return
Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

🔄 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at support@wellthprime.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on product availability.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged
You received the wrong product

In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
